Insurance

Almost everyone I see gets reimbursed through their insurance with Out-of-Network benefits. You may want to check with your insurance company to see whether you are covered with Out-of-Network benefits and/or whether approval is required from your primary care physician prior to treatment.

I will give you a receipt that will include all the necessary information needed by the insurance company. If you are covered, you can file with them and they will reimburse you directly once your deductible has been met. You may want to find out your deductible, what percent of each session is covered, and whether there is a limit to the number of sessions allowed.

Fees/Session Length

The fee for each session is required at the time of service. Hourly sessions last approximately fifty (50) minutes. An hour-and-a-half session lasts seventy-five (75) minutes. I accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Family	$160 per 50-minute session
Couples	$150 per 50-minute session
Group	$70 per 90-minute session
Consultation	$120 per 50-minute session
Reports or Letters	$25 per 15-minute session
Returned Checks	$25 per check
Missed Appointments	Service Rate
Court/Attorney Consultation	$275 per hour
Individual (in person or by phone)	$80 per 30-minute session

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is pre-booked. Without a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice, you will be charged the full service rate. Cancellations for Monday must be made the previous Friday.

If you cancel within 24 hours but reschedule the same week, you will not be charged. If I can get somebody on the waiting list to fill your spot, you will not be charged. I make every effort to waive the fee; however, I cannot guarantee waived fee conditions will be met.

If you have a scheduled couples session and one person cannot make the appointment, the other person is welcome to attend as an individual appointment at an individual rate. This let’s you avoid being charged for a missed couples session.
